Our Story
Greek Cuisine in the Raval of Barcelona
Η Τρελή Ροδιά, El Magraner Boig began its journey in July 2015 with the intention of presenting traditional Greek gastronomy with sincerity, avoiding the gastronomic and aesthetic stereotypes that at the time were the only option for the Barcelona public. With this idea we created a Greek restaurant in Barcelona, right in the Raval neighborhood, like the ones someone would find in the neighborhoods of Athens or Thessaloniki.
Our love for Greek cuisine recipes that endured over time and were shaped over the centuries, is another important reason that made us create this space.
Thanks to the acceptance of the Barcelona public, we can continue to enjoy authentic Greek food together with our visitors, laugh out loud listening to traditional music or have a refreshing ouzo cocktail at the Magraner Boig bar.
